Millions of dollars spent on advertising and hype, does not conceal what really happens when you try to do business with them. Bottom line, they have gotten too big for their own good and now they don't care about their customers. They are pleasant to you when they are taking your money, but heaven help you when something goes wrong. They put you into voice mail hell, and no one accepts responsibility for correcting their errors.
