For years, EDCO, formerly knowen as Escondido Disposal, has held a monoply on the trash collection in the City of Escondido. As it's tightened its grip on trash collection and excluded all others from this lucrative market, it has become more and more beligerant in the way it treats it's customers and how it conducts it's business. It knows that it's customers have no choice. If they want to live in the City of Escondido, they have to put up with this abusive behaviour and poor service.
